Tips for a good mental health before exams

Exams are around the corner, and I know you’re working really hard. That’s great, but remember—your mind needs care too. Don’t just keep studying nonstop. Take breaks, relax, go for a walk, listen to music, or do something fun for a few minutes. It will actually help you focus better.

Eat good food, sleep properly, and avoid late-night cramming. A fresh mind always remembers more than a tired one. And please, don’t compare yourself with others. Everyone learns differently—your best effort is what really matters.

If you ever feel stressed, talk to someone you trust—your parents, teachers, or even a friend. Exams are important, but they don’t define your value. Stay positive, stay confident, and believe in yourself. Hard work + a healthy mind = success.
